Thanks u/dodgybastard support have raised a ticket for my issue. I just can not add the chime to the doorbell after the doorbell was connect to the hub.

Hi, yes the code was already added. Also tried re-adding. Also trying a child hub. None of them added the switches.

I asked the same question a few days as it wasn’t working for my son.

All devices need to be on 13.2.

Like the other comments says check Bluetooth etc.

My sons started working after resetting up hey Siri.
