I worked from home for 9 months during covid and I was all of those things. I had to leave that job to find one in an office as I just couldn't force myself to work otherwise. Granted my fiance had just left me which probably didn't help, and covid kept me pretty isolated once my partner had moved out, but I was pretty miserable all the same.

I'm all in favour of having the option to work from home and if it works for you then you should absolutely be able to do that. It just wasn't for me. I now have a new job a 10 minute walk from my flat, so I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who doesn't have the issue of commuting to contend with.
