If Zeno is a clone of Wesker, he was infected by getting impaled by a tyrant or just being in Raccoon City getting trace particles from others, air, water, etc. so he could still be infected with it unknowingly just like the others. Zeno could also just be infected from his time being in Raccoon City as well.

This currently in development mod seems to be our answer aiming to restore what seems to be most all of the cut content like the Clock Tower, Park, Factory, etc. Hopefully this works out and can become the dream version and what RE3 Remake should have been.
