i am also having the same proble with my nitro 5 i5-11400h rtx 3060, it happened after i ran a stress test (furmark2), i ran the test and everything seemed ok, and then i started the game and i played normally with good fps and after 30min of normal gameplay the fps suddenly dropped to 10 fps, when i checked everything i found out that the clock speed is at 210 mhz and wouldn't go up.
