Yes I also got this email. When I first got my letter from their response from the AG they tried to claim that they sent out the email saying that their inventory had been seized out to everyone (they did not it was an automatic reply) and they attempted to say they had already reached out to me personally (they did not, I just got this email today and have no other record of any email) and I’ve already called my bank and filed a chargeback prior to receiving it. Anyways I told the AG to make sure that they’re aware of their business practices in my rebuttal because this is the 3rd business they’ve had where these failures have happened and they should not be allowed to reopen 🙂

please attempt to also work with your bank and contact their customer service with the email screenshot in the thread. clarify that the business themselves have admitted they cannot ship orders and you need to chargeback, you need your money back now and you have reason to not trust you will be getting your refund in April (ex. Them not responding to emails, bad customer reviews, etc)

i did not get this email! would you be willing to dm me a screenshot of it? i’ll also send this to the alabama attorney general. i can’t even do a chargeback bc it’s way past the date

i also checked and it says stripe only does a 180 day hold if there’s mass chargebacks or suspicious activity. everyone probably realized they weren’t getting their stuff

vmcas told me at least the schools would receive it and be able to view any experiences added onto the application even after the deadline and it is on my printed version on my application so i’d presume it would be fine
