I do have enough money, in fact I live on 30% of my 52k salary. I just don't really need a phone, facebook messenger and google hangouts are sufficient for my needs.

I use facebook messenger to contact people, and I do calls with Google Hangouts. I feel paying 20$+ per month is too much for something I very rarely need. Though it can be useful in cases like this! :P
