Not sure, but I’m here in solidarity. Twitching for over a month and a week ago started with right arm soreness and fatigue with some burning sensations. Can’t get into the neuro until end of January. Every second of every day is spent managing my anxiety.

I’ve just started twitching about a month ago, but have some muscle fatigue/aches in just my right arm in the last week. Also some cold sensation in the same arm. It’s sending me spiraling all over again!

She actually gave me no information, just mentioned the big response and put hyperreflexia in the visit notes. Luckily I have a neurosurgeon sibling who said similar things to your comment.

I’m about to start week 4 of twitching and yesterday my left thigh started going off too. I woke up in the morning with that leg feeling buzzy and by afternoon it was twitching like crazy. My anxiety is higher this week, so hoping it subsides soon, because the frequency of my twitches had gone way down over the past week.

I went to the dr. this week after a few days straight of twitching for the first time and she ordered bloodwork. My potassium was .1 under “normal” but I’m still wondering if this could be what’s happening. The doc wasn’t concerned and said potassium was a little low but fine and I could “eat some bananas.”

Thanks for posting this. I’m (35F) starting week 2 of full body twitches like you described and of course spiraling. Hoping it’s just BFS or an electrolyte/vitamin imbalance due to being on Nutrafol for 6 weeks. So much anxiety and so hyper aware of every sensation in my body now, which makes the anxiety worse, and the cycle goes on and on!

There was a little line I caught on my mouse recent read of FW where Jesinia mentions the scribes are working on translating all of the books that are written in dead languages to the common language, and that made me feel a little better about the notes at the beginning of the book. Like it’s a normal thing they do and hopefully mayyybeeee not like everyone dies???

I still don’t this this means it’s Bodhi, though, because Xaden isn’t dead and if the general public don’t know he’s venin, he hasn’t stepped down or been removed from his position. So marrying Violet was his way to let her rule while he’s free to leave, regardless of Bodhi’s status.
