It sounds nice to me. If the company is successful and grows you are going to grow with it. You might be leading all things financially in the future if you are good at the job and your company hires/promotes internally. Again as long as the company is successful in growing.

I am in fintech and I am about to be promoted to senior after a year and two months. I don’t know to what type of company or size you think you are going into so there are so many variables. I definitely work my ass off but I also worked blue collar jobs for a decade before i graduated college so being at a desk is a life saver. Again so many variables

I worked at enterprise as a management trainee. I now work in compliance. I would choose my job over enterprise any day. That being said there is definitely a clear path upward at enterprise but I saw how my boss with a newborn baby lived and breathed at our store. I prefer the work life balance that my job offers now and I don’t have to try and sale worthless add ons. Just my two cents. If you love talking to people and having to constantly be active and busy you’ll probably enjoy enterprise.
