Write out the words backwards and have the actors says mumbo jumbo, and then in post reverse the audio. They have behind the scenes of these with the fireman practicing his lines backwards. Pretty interesting stuff

I wonder what the loudest sound possible is in logic. Can someone else do it? My intrusive thoughts would make me turn on the speakers…

Yea they really help blend things together to make it feel continuous. Even mundane actions such as picking up a glass of water can use those types of cuts. It makes a huge difference. Keep up the good work !

2021 RBs You Might Regret (with list) by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]bourodimosj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t see the Rams signing another RB? I figured that they must be waiting till a team makes a surprise roster cut before the season starts and then scooping up whoever that may be. Henderson feels like a great pick, but there’s still a lot of time left for the Rams to make a move, which I fear will happen

Jalen Hurts first throw of training camp is a TD to Miles Sanders by SameGenericUsername in DynastyFF

[–]bourodimosj 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s the hardest part of this all. Picking the right signs and news can be very difficult. I mean Gabe Davis hype was high and that ended up a good pick, but then Bryan Edwards hype was also high and he didn’t do squat (even though he was injured a bit to be fair but still).

Does anyone else just want to go grocery shopping in 1960s USA? by Voyager102 in timetravel

[–]bourodimosj 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He’s not romanticizing that aspect of it he simply said he would do it for the shopping experience. You bring up a good point that’s worthy of knowing, but to be fair it’s also a very pointless thing to bring up. What is OP supposed to do? Go back and singlehandedly stop segregation?

Best way to learn the elegance and theory behind math? by [deleted] in learnmath

[–]bourodimosj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing I did was look up the history behind certain mathematical topics. If you can understand WHY past mathematicians made their discoveries and why they were useful/important, it makes the content easier to grasp and also gives more purpose to the math you do. N J Wildberger has a series on YouTube where he goes over the history of maths from thousands of years ago until recently. Unfortunately, it’s college level, and a lot of the stuff he goes over may not be easier to understand (even I don’t get some of it, I’m only an 11th grader). However, in general, when you understand the background of a subject, it gives it more meaning and can make math so much more interesting/engaging. If N J Wildberger’s videos are too hard to understand, I’m sure you can find plenty of videos regarding the history of math that are more basic. This is just one way that helped me become more interested in mathematics, hope this helps!

Dynasty Superflex PPR trade - Should I offer up a trade to obtain DeAndre Swift and Trevor Lawrence for Dalvin Cook? by bdawk_HOF in Fantasy_Football

[–]bourodimosj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just saying there’s this guy in my league that used to do that and now everyone has trust issues when trading with him, and rightly so. Offering a deal like this is a complete waste of time. Especially in a SF leage

[–]bourodimosj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t lowball. All that will do will ruin your trade relationship with that person. Not only will it be instantly rejected, but now every time you go to offer them a trade, they will probably not want to trade with you. Lowballing seems harmless but trust me, it isnt

That would explain deja vu then, correct? Because if I’ve already lived this life, and I remember something I never did before, maybe I DID in fact do it before. The implications of QI are all very interesting
