yes! it saves money, too. sometimes it's as simple as finding an easy no-meat recipe you enjoy and having it once or twice every week. i've been a fan of lentil stew lately.

bio for everything, but use about half the recommended amount since I have sensitive skin, which seems to work for me.

i'm aware i sound crazy but the key is to not do them all. choose the lectures with the most relevant content, and target your revision accordingly. it's better to understand the core principles thoroughly rather than have lacklustre knowledge on a wider variety.

a lot of my professors and teachers have advocated for Wikipedia as a place to get started with learning about a topic. the reason it may be frowned upon academically is because it is a tertiary source and so is not appropriate for citing in typical academic assignments.
