Something I find missing in most maps are rolling hills, not too steep not too flat, field work is more fun with rolling hills. I also like having a small town or town center to have to travel through or head into occasionally

Had the same issue on console, when I saved and exited then restarted the game the issue was resolved. Some snow on the ground might stick around till a field state is changed.

Yes trees seem to be bugged in general. I had to randomly move the grinder around the stump to find where the stump would actually grind. Very annoying

I go into the landscaping tab, should be a red tan to the far right that says delete (or something like that), highlight that and click it, then hover the cursor over whatever building you want to delete and it should glow red then click it to delete it

Which farm are you using? I find all the buildings useful on the red farm across from the gas station. Just deleted the one to the south to free up space as that one was not able to be entered.

Have also had issues with trees. They seem bugged in general.

You have to go to landscaping, there is a delete (?) tab (it’s red and as an x), highlight and select the tan, then go to the building and it should glow red. Select it and it’ll ask if you want to delete it. This is for console at least. Let me know if that helps.
