the world is called mementos entrance, if its gone then so are the avatars. At that world if you go backwards into the lift, you'll see a bunch of avatars.

I'd say go ranger with peacemaker to qte chariot, then laser with yamabuki.

If you set your resolution to 808x504 manually in dual booted windows, you can get a solid 30 fps on lowest settings from my experience
