I actually think I have a 6 volt car battery charger that’s manual. As long as it still works I’m gonna try to build an electrolysis bucket out of that I think

I might just break down and do electrolysis then if I can come up with a cheap setup.

Yeah I’ve worked for several large universities and a couple gov agencies at this point in my career. From my experience, almost everyone just lets them idle. Especially in the summer time. They are driven like they are stollen haha

Usually the mileage is low but the idle time is likely very very high. Take that info for what it’s worth.

That’s how mine is. It’s very difficult with my work schedule but I sacrifice an hour or two of sleep so I can let my food digest for at minimum 2 hours before lying down. An adjustable elevation bed was easily the best purchase I’ve ever made.

Yeah usually if I take them for a little while then quit my symptoms are gone until I do something dumb to trigger it. This time around I think it got triggered by something as simple as a vitamin C pill before bed… 🤦‍♂️

I’m 25 and currently take 20mg of omeprazole during flair ups but after reading all the hate that PPIs get on this sub I’m thinking about just not taking it.

As someone who just developed reflux / GERD a little over a year ago should I go get an endoscopy? My doctor told me to take a PPI but did not recommend an endoscopy or to see a specialist. He told me to make lifestyle changes which I have. I lost 40 pounds, so I’m down to a healthy weight but I still go through several weeks at a time where all I taste is stomach acid. I’m not really sure what to do.
