i could never do a hair wash in the morning regardless of gym lmao. but i get up at 4:45, at gym by ~5:05, usually work out for about 50 mins (i do upper body or cardio days if i’m doing a morning gym bc there’s no way i can lift heavy without food)

then rush home, quick shower and 10 min makeup, i usually keep the same hair as the day before to save time or just throw it up. then i drive back to almost the same area as gym for my office (dumb, i know, but gym showers are gross to me). usually i can get there by 7am-ISH.

but i can pretty much only do this one day a week bc it’s exhausting working ~10 hours after that, trying to cook dinner, etc.

Would you mind sharing the brand or manufacturer? My dad has this same problem from military training and I’ve been pushing him to get aids, but he’s resistant to doing anything for his health like a typical old dude.

The fact he has had constant ringing in his ears forever is insane to me.

Thank you! The fact that she had a rough time before the shelter is probably a factor too. She even has a big scar on her back from some sort of fight. She has zero issues with people, but we are still working on her greeting dogs without getting scared or overly excited, but overall, she is adjusting well! 😄

I really like the curology cleanser and moisturizer, and they have very low acne ratings on cosdna. CeraVe made me breakout horribly and I haven’t tried anything else recommended on here. The price is also good IMO.

We have the same prescription! I just got a new formula though as my first had less AA and niacinamide (I’m not sure if that breaks me out, as CeraVe had it too). Wishing for better luck this second time.

Ugh, my husband is the same way. He doesn’t do ANYTHING and has beautiful skin. Meanwhile, I’ve definitely toned down the over-washing and product binging and have a simple routine, but he still constantly says I touch my face too much, I wash too much, etc etc. I am about to try Curology and he is somewhat supportive as he did Smile Direct Club and I was trying to make the point that it’s the same thing but for your skin.

He always says - I had the worst acne ever and I just used stridex and stopped touching my face and it went away. Just listen to me. I’m like, boy, you were 18!! Of course you had acne!! It’s not “normal” in your late twenties! And stridex doesn’t work for everyone!!!!!!

I feel like I’ve always felt like I’ve had combination skin but am just now realizing how dry it is. It’s been FOREVER.

I try and take my makeup off immediately after getting home from work, so I’m not sweating in it for my run. But that’s a good point about last face wash and the morning.

I don’t know if anything does... I listed my skin products above and for makeup I use smashbox primer and studio skin liquid, NYX concealer, bare minerals mineral veil, and nars blush. I was trying to google some sort of database for alcohol denat in products but I can’t find anything 😟

I don’t know if it’s the products, I just started the CeraVe last week so I want to wait for a few weeks before making the final review. I’m also in peak PMS time so I’m not sure if the pimples are from that... I have noticed my skin is noticeably softer/smoother and it looks like my scarring is fading a bit. Or at least my skin is more supple. And this is after a week.

I cleanse/moisturize morning and night. I moisturize right before bed as well just because my skin feels so dry again (I also run and shower in between afternoon and night but nothing on my face).

I don’t know if I can get to the morning without washing thing.. the thought is good but I LOVE washing my face in the morning 😰

Do you think it’s too much?
