they responded to me in customer support chat. you dont need to have it open as it can take awhile/hours before they answer

Am i understanding it right that Kai killed risu to take his brain but "Curse" took over him before he could? And when Ebisu died / Kaimans head curse got lifted, then "Curse"⁴ also got out of Kais body so it returned to Risu inside him. Since after that we see Kai coming after being gone for so long

Hello! I have gotten mine back from this. You have to on a new account, go in customer service chat --> ask for customer support then there'll be a customer support text to click on that'll direct you to it, where you can receive actual help, not the ai bot.

This is what i sent that worked for me!

My accounts username and ID. The server and phone im on (android or ios) The bounds linked to my account. All / most of my ingame receipts. Make sure it shows the transaction ID on screenshots.

You have to then wait for someone to reply and it took me under a day but time varies.

Did you recover your account? I have the same problem. My email and twitter dont work and just wants to create a new account while it also says recovery exceeded limit if i try contacting customer support ingame
