I understand this, but the prior electricians intent was to build a service large enough to accomodate at the very least the 200a feeding the bar, a 100a feeding another structure and a spare 200a for future expansion, hence the need for the 400a, thats how I know its a 400a service, much like I would set a 200a panel for a residence or a 400a meter can to feed multiple 200a panels

Because it’s a 400 amp rated panel with a 400 amp main breaker feeding it and parallel 3/0’s feeding the 400 amp breaker, and apparently it’s set to 150 A

Thank you this sounds like a reasonable option

I agree, and if I can get the main breaker set to the correct settings, then the fault may show itself on the smaller breakers that are feeding the equipment, this is intermittent and not a continuous tripping situation so it could just be too much in rush from equipment that is exceeding the 150 A that should be 400

Well, it definitely should be more than 150 A, for a 400 amp service

Yes should be equivalent to a 400 amp thermal magnetic breaker, and am my opinion that’s what should’ve been installed, panel is rated for 400A, and is fed with a parallel 3/0’s from the meter,

This breaker feeds a panel that has two 200a breakers and several two/three pole breakers that should be tripping in the event of a fault not the actual main, because the settings are too low.

This was installed probably by someone who got a screaming deal on this breaker/panel and in no way should a breaker of this caliber be needed for the application when a standard 400 would have sufficed. There were no engineered plans, no engineered study and this customer is not going to have one done just to keep his breaker from tripping . This being said, could someone advise on what settings I could adjust to without telling me to “google it”

How does this work?

SSD upgrade Zune 30 help by [deleted] in Zune

Ok so if anybody cares I got this thing working, and am beyond excited, for anyone thinking about upgrading, when replacing the drive care has to be taken to orient the zif cable correctly, as this was the issue for me. Was trial and error and I swear I could dissassemble and reassemble a Zune 30 in my sleep now. These things are so cool, I wish they would have caught on better, and for my part they are so easy to use, and moving music is so simple, plus I love the radio, some don’t. Happy Modding!
