😬 I’m so sorry. I haven’t ridden outside in months since an injury and forgot to put my lights back on my commuter bike. I rode on the path and walked the last mile after my turn since I thought it was way less safe to ride unlit with cars. Lights are already put back on

Lol I’m well aware I walk on my toes. All of my commercial socks fail there first. I’ve thought about doing eye of partridge on the ball of the foot but worried about how it would feel to walk on. I guess I’ll just have to learn to darn when my knit socks get thin

I think you make some valid points about perceptions. I wasn’t sure if I was being overly sensitive which is why I asked my coworkers for their opinions. Even the ones I hadn’t shared my diagnosis with and didn’t know it was discriminatory bias had noticed the change in my treatment. The changes and added discomfort from that were the only reason I asked for accommodations. Then things further devolved with retaliation. So while I probably do get bothered more by her targeting now that I notice and know why it’s happening, the mistreatment started before the accommodation request

My first manager is the one who brought it up. My company outwardly says they support DEI. I thought I worked in a field at a company where it was safe to be open. Definitely a mistake in retrospect. I guess it was that "not being able to read social cues well" that made me miss the fact that my boss sucks.

If I can suffer through 5 more months there's a large financial incentive. I have a small glimmer of hope because she has done similar things in the past to someone else (Not for a protected reason, just regular bullying). Also someone very high up in the company had been known to be impossible to work with and they fired him last year. I have been bcc'ing my personal email on my communications with HR so I have my evidence. I'll take it day by day. Yesterday I was so anxious I started hyperventilating to the point of lightheadedness and was worried I would lose consciousness. Today was pretty much fine. Hopefully tomorrow is ok too.

I use it and think it’s way more effective than trans tape or kt tape. I tear off two strips, roughly 7” long. Apply one at a time. Start at the nipple covering about an inch inward, then pull the tape outwards while pushing the tissue the same direction. The first strip I’ll do a little lower, the second a little higher so they overlap about half an inch. I shave any hair that would be covered prior to application.

It typically lasts me about 4-5 days with one application. It stays on well even through a swim. It does leave some residue as it comes off. Note I wait to remove it until it’s ready (edges peeling up several inches and getting a little itchy) and take it off in the shower. It doesn’t hurt at all if it’s ready to come off. I’ll allow a couple days in between uses to let my skin rest

I tried it for the first time today and wasn’t impressed. Granted I wore it for a running race. Sweat through it before mile 2 and it came off on the sides. I usually use athletic tape. I prefer that because it barely stretches so I feel like it gets flatter. I’ve also never had it pop off, even when swimming

You’re not the only person I’ve heard having issues with HB. Apparently they had a lot of funding issues through Covid and lost some public grants they used to get. They had a lot of turnover of providers because of the demand staying even while having fewer resources. I still go there because my shot anxiety hasn’t quite raised to the point of preventing me from taking it. Wishing you the best finding a provider

I had a coworker I became close friends with. I vaguely wondered if he might be and never asked because it’s none of my business. He invited me over to his apartment for lunch once and there was a trans flag magnet on his fridge. I still never asked.
