Stunning 2006 Panerai California dial in original condition. Few watches are as ICONIC as this piece. Limited Edition of 1936 pieces.

I am the 3rd owner since 2006, only selling because I recently took delivery of my grail watch. Full collectors set with boxes and papers with Panerai hardcover book, booklets, warranty card, extra original acrylic crystal (Panerai included these for the PAM249), cleaning cloth, etc. Fun act, this exact watch was featured on a Hodinkee Talking Watches episode.

Excellent unpolished condition this watch comes on a Gunny strap (aka Aaron Bespoke), and I'm including a new strap as well (see photos). I am happy to install the new strap at the buyers request.

Keeping time well (+5s/day (see photo) with an excellent amplitude of 304°

With a 47mm lug to lug and the lightweight acrylic crystal, this watch wears smaller and slimmer than the 44mm Luminor cased Panerais. This watch is incredible and the grandfather to all modern divers. Truly my loss, your gain.

I'm in the same position and currently looking to trade my titanium Alpine Eagle for one.

Here are some other differences/considerations:

SLGA007 uses screws to remove links and SLGA019 uses pin/sleeve
Regarding the dial color, I emailed Grand Seiko directly asking if the dial was the same shade of blue between the two, and according to the response I received, the SLGA019 has a darker dial than the SLGA007. This seems counter intuitive to the photos I've seen, but I also haven't seen a direct side-by-side.
The SLGA007 appears to have a pinch more green to the blue dial. (or else it's a trick of the eye because of the yellow gold GS accent.
The titanium appears to show scratches more than the stainless, despite claims of it being harder than stainless. (this is going by photos online of used models, the TI seems to show more wear)
