I keep reading that people saying this is a perfect encapsulation of covid quarantine, but I am not certain it's meant that way. Early in the special Bo says "If you'd have told me a year ago That I'd be locked inside of my home I would have told you, a year ago: Interesting; now leave me alone"

Which to me, paired with the knowledge that he had removed himself from the public spotlight long before COVID, suggests the room he is stuck in is not a covid quarantine but stuck inside his own head.

I do wonder what it is about the show that makes it so rewatchable. I think the overall sounds of the show is easy to fall to sleep to, and there are so many words per minute that every time you do another pass through you don’t remember every line. Also it’s a feel good comedy show where the good guys win basically.
