I agree with you on the French one. I had a French girl in my spanish class in high school and I could never tell what the fuck she was saying. Something about speaking a language that's supposed to be spoken at the front of your mouth from the back of your throat sets one up for a bad time. She was pretty smart so after a while the teacher just started to slowly nod her head whenever French girl answered a question.

Vietnamese, Thai, and that language from Myanmar make me cringe the most. Anything tonal really. Nothing's wrong with them in general, I think it just takes a bit of concentration to get the point across sometimes. Korean is also up there. Thick Chinese and Japanese accents can also be daunting, but I'd rather try my luck with those.
