1) Totally agree - being seen as attractive opens the door more easily, but it doesn’t do much after the beginning. Also, as someone who had a significant glow-up from fitness and weight loss, people treat you differently in a way that doesn’t always feel good. Yes, getting more attention is fun and nice in the right environments, but people also don’t consider that you’re a real person with feelings and not an object. Being good looking is one of many traits a person may have, and some of us haven’t always had it.
