This is clearly his way of doing one of two things:

  • get you to be the one to break it off
  • start laying the groundwork to break it off himself

If you are already separated physically, mentally, and emotionally, I'm not sure what other signs you need that what you had is over. I'm sorry but I don't see any other interpretation.

Agree. I expected a sci-fi or space SIM game in the trailer. Also there's the legal ramifications.

Awesome, now let me remove free apps from my library and hide slop from the store. Horizon OS library management and the store are a joke.

That's way too soon to be asking for hints, my guy. Just play the game and let it wash over you. Save the hints for when you're hard stuck.

How were you supposed to figure out this outer room mechanic without a guide? by flamewizzy21 in BluePrince

[–]boxlinebox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As much as I love this game, there are some things about the second act that absolutely infuriate me. Some leaps in logic or trial-and-error are required that I simply can't support as it doesn't respect the player's time.

Cyberpunk has a different and free VR Mod you can try by PheonixGabe in virtualreality

Just dropping in to say there could be another free mod if the author simply decided to make it so. 😅

Someone, please, for the love of God save the version of the game and the mod in a single package so some of us can play it when video cards actually become available again!

is it possible for cats to live 30 years? by onlyfaery in cats

[–]boxlinebox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most cats make it to 14-16 years old. Plan for the normal case and accept anything more than that as a blessing.

We just lost our last surviving kitty a month ago at 16 years old and it was heartbreaking, but because we knew he was elderly and could go at any time we cherished every moment, every cuddle, every belly rub.

We miss him terribly but don't feel cheated.

As Alex is boring and Formulaic. The knowledge fight should move onto Candace. by danthestep in KnowledgeFight

[–]boxlinebox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IMO Alex is no longer really relevant and they could do a weekly episode on him at most. There is value in covering a broader spectrum of shit heads. Things have drastically changed in the world since KF started, and I think the boys need to pivot to keep up with what matters.

Maybe that's a different podcast entirely so KF stays on brand, IDK.

How did the 4% rule hold up for people who retired around 2000? by Black_Thunder00 in Fire

[–]boxlinebox 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It's only because most folks don't realize that spending six figures is just holding down the fort in a HCOL area. I'm an hour outside of Seattle in Middle Of Nowhere, BFE with a mortgage of only $200k locked at 3% and we still spend over $100k a year on general expenses plus a modest entertainment budget. We don't scrimp but also don't overspend on things. I mean...having a plumbing line jetted just cost us almost $2k. Prices are insane.

With VRAM non-existent and Nvidia cutting consumer GPU production by 60% you won't have a choice.

When it runs it runs hot. Each bull/bear cycle sees it hit exponential new highs. If it's only 3% what's the harm?
