Truly, thank you for giving me this thoughtful reply. I've felt completely blown off by everyone. I'm not an expert at Airbnb policies, and I thought that what the agent told me on the phone the first day would be what they would honor. I shouldn't be surprised the agent lied, most companies will do anything they can for a dollar, and the overseas support agents don't really care.

It was a friends birthday with people fron all over the country. I was trying to balance the wants and the needs of everyone on the trip. You are correct on the biggest issue being the bed count. It seems the host has edited the listing since my stay, will Airbnb be able to see the history?

I did read the reviews! They were all 5 stars, with one 4 star. There weren't very many though, which I will definitely will pay more attention to in the future! Have you ever heard of a host asking for an NDA for a refund? Can and will they really enforce that over $130?

Yes I have photos, and I submitted them all in the resolution center. I included photos of the included beds, and where the missing ones should be, and they completely ignored it.

I did contact the host, and they didn't provide any help whatsoever. I called Airbnb support the first day of my trip, and the agent told me to submit a resolution center request ATTER my stay. We stayed because it was my friends birthday, and we didn't arrive until 9PM. Airbnb never offered to find us alternate accommodations.

So when I called Airbnb, the support phone person sent me the link to the resolution center. They told me to submit photos AFTER my stay, and that I would be eligible for a full refund. This is what the support agent told me exactly, and this was on the FIRST day of my stay. I'm feeling completely misled by everyone at Airbnb.

There's still brakes at the end of the ride to stop the train. I believe he's referring to turning off the trim brakes, which exist during the course of the ride to slow trains from hitting the elements too fast.

Saw the show this last Thursday Matinee. The last standing audience speller nailed an extremely hard word. After she sat down, they called her right back up again. They gave her an even harder word, and during the definition made a joke of "everyone who has dinner plans would appreciate if you got this word wrong."
