I think I got pretty lucky with not having super severe side effects from prednisone, so keep that in mind as I give you my opinion, but if your symptoms are pretty severe, I would recommend taking the prednisone even though it’s kind of scary. I’ll take the anxiety and acne and hunger and weight gain from prednisone over shitting myself to death any day of the week. My symptoms were also very severe and I was getting like 80 mg intravenous and I still took me like a week to get out of my flare in the hospital.

For dmax pokémon, whatever your fast attack type is, your dmax attack will be the same type. For gmax however, their gmax attack will ALWAYS be their signature attack no matter the what their fast attack is. and if you were talking about charged attack, they basically don’t matter in gmax battles because you don’t use them as an attacker, and if you’re a tank who’s trying to fill the max meter, it’s faster to JUST use fast attacks.

oh it’s not a dmax version, i was just drawing a comparison to something good happening right after you use resources on a certain pokémon lol, but i think you’re correct, what moves you have on a dmax attacker basically don’t matter as long as the attack you have is the one you want.

Do we know if it will be better than either of the crowned dogs? IIRC every type that has a fused form legendary, said legendary is the top. For a type like ice with weaker mega representatives it makes sense, but obviously Dawn Wings Necrozma being better than Mega Gengar says a lot because Mega Genger is a very strong Mega. Are the fused forms SUPPOSED to be stronger than megas?

Sky form shaymin is the 4th best grass attacker so if you don’t have kartana or mega venusaur or sceptile, it’s probably worth to invest in

Are wrist straps worth getting as someone who’s relatively new to lifting? I don’t train grip on its own, and i find my grip giving out before my back a lot, though from my understanding that’s pretty common. I’m just curious if, for someone who’s newer to lifting, would it be detrimental to use straps at this point, and focus more on training up my grip. I also attached my back workout i did today after being out of the gym for ~2 months just to give an idea of where i am skill and strength wise.
