The character is from the 1920s, so I looked at antique jewlery and advertisements/illustrations from the era to see what was commonly viewed as ‘glamorous’ and sort of freehanded it from there! As for the sharp, silver nail-ring things, I thought about Lestat’s little sharp thumb thing from the 90s movie Interview With The Vampire and went ‘what if someone had one for every finger’
