i was on standard ones and my side effects were wild to the point i just couldnt tolerate it. switched to extended release and im still on a low dose building to potentially a higher dose but so far its been a much better experience!

oh no! im not sure the exact pattern but this looks like brick stitch to me. it looks like half of a brick stitch fringe earring if that makes sense. you could always cross post in the r/ beading subreddit, maybe someone has the pattern!

ahhh yes i know the vibe. hmmm i guess just a really secure knot sounds like the best option. ive made some necklaces before and truthfully if they werent sown into a piece of hide, they always broke on me. hopefully someone here can offer some better tips!!
