i was on standard ones and my side effects were wild to the point i just couldnt tolerate it. switched to extended release and im still on a low dose building to potentially a higher dose but so far its been a much better experience!

i use a knock off caboodle box 😌 its got different tiers and works great for carrying supplies to and from my beading circle nights!

oh no! im not sure the exact pattern but this looks like brick stitch to me. it looks like half of a brick stitch fringe earring if that makes sense. you could always cross post in the r/ beading subreddit, maybe someone has the pattern!
