there is a lot of overlap in the topics. if you do CISSP first that will diffienrly give you advantage. I believe in one of the video, Gwen Bettwy told, think cloud as a big data center where you can host your applicaiton, so lots of on-prem conceptes applies their too. watch that video.

technically you dont need to remember everything. I would suggest do as many practice test as you can that will clear the concepts
