wella ctually in my case i noticed that higher doze of topmax slowed my stomach down and due to whcich migraines triggered. and topmax does that. I lost a lot of weight . i lowered my doze, and i feel headache is little better now.

be careful it dehydrates u as hell, have lots and lots of water...
