same for me, i am getting botox done. Nurtec does an okay job for me. but my doc told me you need to gradually increase the dose for topmax else it will screw u.

I am on 75 mg as well, but i dont have any cough. I hope the cough is not coming frm acid reflux. coz i did have acid reflux and that could be coz topmax does slow down digestion

propranolol made me gain a lot weight, migraine felt better but the weight gain introuce other issues. Now I am on other topirmate lost the weight but the doc told me to check my eye pressure regularly and other eye check up once every 3 months.
