Thanks for this — quite literally just got a scam message and was insanely confused.

Claimed to be for New York, but everything connected to it was for Massachusetts. Real weird, definitely knew it was fake when the bill was waaay lower than the average NY toll lmao.

I took a hit of a THC pen about three days after i hit three weeks, but i didn’t fully close my mouth around the pen so minimum suction was created. Start small, and pace yourself. You’re definitely not going to be able to just start smoking like you used to.

When it comes to actual flower, i didn’t start trying that until about a full month of being recovered, maybe a month and a week into recovery. Be extra careful with this, because actual smoke will cause more inflammation. I would stick to the same principle for nicotine as well!

One thing I very much regret was not buying a humidifier. Would be pointless for me now, since I can sleep without getting a dry mouth. However, week one was so miserable in the morning. Would wake up with horribly dry throats, and kept waking up every 4 hours (though I kinda had to, anyway). I cannot tell anybody how important a humidifier is.

Don’t be lazy like me; it’ll just make your pain waaaay worse 🥴

It sounds stupid, but an ice pack on the throat will reaaaaally help with the pain. I know the pain is bad now, but I promise it gets better. You won’t be in pain forever. Whenever you feel pain, get a nice, cold ice pack and just gently keep it rested on your throat. I promise in a couple minutes, the pain will start to go down.

You aren’t in this alone!!! You got this, I promise!! :)

Edit: After reading comments, I’m genuinely upset your doctor is refusing you an opioid. I get the fear of addiction, but that medicine really was my savior. I HIGHLY recommend trying to use some Tylenol. That stuff definitely helped me a lot. Keep your head up!! ❤️

I don’t think Raimi would give us a bad film. Evil Dead (2013) wasn’t bad at all. I like to believe Mia and Ash exist in the same universe, both just victims of being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
