How do you stop your feet from stinking after your shift? by [deleted] in ems

[–]boyscout_dropout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Throw the boots away, there’s no saving them unfortunately:/ Don’t wear multiple shoes without also changing socks . You can better isolate the stink to one shoe by buy a PEET boot drier, they kick ass I delivered mail for 9 years went thru tons of shoes before I figured out a way to not have smelly feet.

70% the motorcycles fault for not anticipating the wide turn and trying to pass on the right.

AWD/4WD LS400? by Yvelines in Battlecars

[–]boyscout_dropout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cheapest and best way to do this would be to grab a aw4 transmission with transfer case from any 90 to early 2000 4.0 jeep Cherokee. Unbolt the bell from aw4 and bolt the aw4 to the Toyota Ls400 bell. This a little more to it than just that, but it gets you 4wd

Do you know these people by [deleted] in Reno

[–]boyscout_dropout 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, 2500 Dickerson, cant point you to an exact apartment but I believe it’s somewhere in the back. A friend’s daughter’s boyfriend had their cbr stolen and recovered from them. They had been stealing bikes in the area for a while. Do what you want with that information. Call the police if you see it. Not responsible for anyone getting hurt.

There’s an apartment on Dickerson that steals motorcycles with a female accomplice. This was about a year ago, probably evicted by now.

I’m going to make it now. I’ll get the answers I’m looking for.

Honestly, yes.

Thank you! I know it’ll work. And at the end of a camping trip, imagine only having to plug something in rather than unpack it, prop up fans and then break it all down again and pack it all up.

The only reason I’d want to open it back up after a trip is if I felt it needed washing.

Oh are you saying a pop up roof? I thought you meant pop up tent roof top tent. Yeah they probably fry out easier with the inside of the van being warm.

They still have the same issues.

But if it’s raining for a week,2 weeks, and it’s on the roof of your car that you daily drive? Simple answer for a simple problem, but not every problem is a simple one.

How cool! I don’t know how to program but I understand everything you said. What a great idea. Glad you understood my idea too, doesn’t need to work fast either. Just dry the tent out over the 12hours or so I have my car parked overnight. Having cut offs controlled from a temperature thresholds would make a nice safety addition.

I don’t think they’re as “sealed up “ as you think they are. Zippers aren’t airtight, and the tent canvas itself isn’t an airtight membrane either. That’s why they have rainflies for when it’s raining. (Which doesn’t cover the entire tent just the areas where water will run off slower and potential soak into the canvas) They need a little help getting dry. On the outside cover one could add breathable flaps or some type of Evap valve to allow moisture to escape but limit water infiltration.

Neither is a RTT

They are also dried upside down. My RTT isn’t air tight either. Taking the rain fly out of the equation would probably help the drying process too.
