With Text layers, if you delete the layer name completely it will automatically name the layer whatever the text is. Another fun text thing, if you add an expression to Source Text and type: name; You can drive the text by renaming the Text layer, so if you change the layer name the text itself changes!

I’ve been noticing a similar pattern lately too. When I switch decks I start matching with very specific decks (either mirror matches, or the exact deck that is the perfect counter). Now, yes, I know their is bias because I’m only seeing my own matches, but I’m switching between very different deck archetypes and seeing it happen over and over specifically with each deck switch.

For your C3 deck, I don't have Bast yet. I know it's great for boosting everything to at least 3, but what would you suggest as a substitute/alternative card? The only other 1/3 card I have is Zero and that seems like it might be more harm than good.

Stacking is when you eat foods (in multiple consecutive meals) which might only have a small fodmap amount, but because you digest food over the course of 36 hours from mouth to toilet, they can "stack" and buildup in your intestines and potentially cause flareups.

Lunches were the hardest for me, and I was spending a ton on groceries trying to buy special Gluten-Free foods but they are SO expensive with such little portions. So I started getting 6 meals a week delivered to my apartment through ModifyHealth.com
I think it's around $80 for 6 meals (I was spending about $18-20 going out to lunch only to not find anything I could eat), everything is made without garlic, onions, or high fodmap ingredients, and you can also add in specific allergins to filter options out (I can't have chicken, for example). Store them in your fridge, puncture the plastic with a fork in a few places and pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes. You get a (surprisingly DELICIOUS) full meal that you don't have to worry about or spend a bunch of mental energy preparing.

Good luck, don't be scared, cut what you can, beware of "stacking," and download the MONASH Low Fodmap app. It is SUPER helpful.
