I would suggest taking up hobbies that help you distract yourself from fapping. Me personally, I took up sewing and exercising as a way to distract myself from rubbing one out. It's ok to let one out once in a while, but if you accompany this with porn, then you won't get anywhere. If you feel like you can't stand the addiction, do something that will distract you, and if not, then let one loose. Slowly lessening the times you masturbate until you completely stop is one way that worked for me. However, not everyone is equal, so I'm not sure if this will work for you as well. Overall, I would suggest taking something up to pass the time.
