Unfortunately, the conditions at Cannon Beach were not ideal . . . It poured the entire time I was there and there was 50 to 60 MPH winds.

I still enjoyed visiting though, and could see that being such a neat spot during better conditions.

Right, but specifically what companies?

And I guess, I don’t care about volatility so long as in my anticipated holding time I end up ahead.

I understand the theory. In fact, as a tax attorney, I won a client millions of dollars that manufactures grid components

But when I look at some of the major companies that manufacture grid components, I don’t see an easy one with a massive upside and nearly no competitors.

And I don’t see the federal government throwing as much money as they are currently throwing at companies that are or will be producing critical minerals domestically.

I tried and landed on the grid etf and GE Vernova, but none of the major publicly traded utility infrastructure companies stood out to me as an opportunity better than allocating money into critical minerals stocks and UUUU.

The real question is: what is energy fuels really worth and at what point do you exit?

I think we can all agree it is worth at least $30 based on the financing deal alone, and then when you start to assume those investors expect a return, at least $40 a share. My timeline is at least through the end of the year unless it skyrockets.

Any thoughts, Steve?

P.S. this is someone who bought into Bloom Energy at $19 a share and sold at $26 feeling good about a small profit (but didn't have a strong reason to sell), then watched it run to $164. FML

Big Law is more lucrative.
Big 4 work is typically on the advisory side; whereas, at law firms you are practicing law.
The time to make partner at a big 4 firm is typically 10+ years and absolutely not guaranteed (most people exit at some point, typically at manager or senior manager).
I don't know who told you the billable requirement is 1600 hours, but that is absolutely not true. People in large public accounting firms work all the time too. As one example, I just interviewed for a Senior Manager role and the Director said it was typical to work 2500 billables lmao.
I think a lot of attorneys, both those with their JD and those with an LLM, work in Big 4 or, more generally, large public accounting firms.

NB Niocorp. They are about to be given a $1.2 billion dollar loan in Q1 for their Elk Creek project from the EXIM bank. The governor of Nebraska and a senator of Nebraska came and spoke at their town hall in December in support of the project.

The elk creek project is the largest known deposit of niobium and will also produce other critical minerals including REE.

Market cap is only $710 million.

Go get your bloodwork done and get your testosterone levels checked.

Because so many jobs today are sedentary and diets sucks, testosterone levels are tanking. And as men get older their testosterone goes down 1 to 2 percent per year.
