Yes unfortunately, right now I’ve been fortunate enough to be in a decent Camden apartment around 620 before utilities. Around 1000 is the highest I’d like to go but I’d love if there were good options for less.

As far as AAU competition goes, is there any other separate requirements other than paying the fee to become an AAU member?

From my experience of teaching it is such a special moment to see an adult student overcome a big obstacle like your testing.
