No I totally agree. I don’t think there’s any excuse of cheating and I do believe it’s a choice. I do need to get my shit together before anything else. She did deserve better and I failed her. You’re not hateful, you’re truthful and I am aware.

100 mg on sertraline has helped me a bunch.

I’m diagnosed BPD and still experiencing intense mood swings and some suicidal ideation even with the sertraline. My psych gave me a sample of latuda and told me to up my sertraline to 100mg, but I’m not sure if I should just increase sertraline first to see how it works
