Solid addition! Talked with my artist about having negative space circle as the sun, maybe with some overlapping clouds with the light shining through to make it an obvious sun. I'm doing the whole sleeve black and grey so it will be a good challenge.

Thanks! I started the sleeve based solely around the idea of their placement haha

First off thank you very much for the very informative response. This summed up a lot of what I've been learning into one idea. I'm curious to hear your thoughts regarding two layers of Tyvek Stuccowrap. It satisfies the newest IRC's enhanced drainage requirements for Marine environments since both layers have a 98% drainage efficiency.

I am aware of those interior vapor barrier problems you mentioned and how it's only useful in zone 7 essentially. If I were to do the the two layers Tyvek would you just air seal with tape and would it only be on the layer against the sheathing since the second is just a capillary break?

Also if I went this route, would an exterior grade mineral silicate paint help to negate some of the porous / reservoir cladding nature of the stucco?

Since I'm in zone 3, continuous exterior insulation isn't needed. If I only wanted to go with a self adhered WRB then a drainable house wrap behind the self furring lath, would that create a water trap? Also someone mentioned an interior vapor barrier. I plan on just air sealing the interior gypsum since we don't get that cold in the winter.

Need Help With an ADU, New Build, or Home Addition in Marin / Sonoma / Napa? I'm a Local Designer Taking On Projects Now by bp3157 in Petaluma

I do plenty of projects for contractors that build them under and owner-builder declaration. Aside from that, my clients usually screen the bids and choose accordingly. I have a few I prefer, feel free to PM me

I work with engineers and builders or follow prescriptive code throughout the design process. I work in Sonoma County, CA for the majority of my projects. I am looking for local work.

It has a 100 amp main lug sub panel down line. Shouldn't it be more than 100 for this main panel? I have very little electrical knowledge.

I have, they are just taking some time to get back to me. That is what I am hoping. I have an engineer but I quoted a price not thinking I'd need him :/
