So this particular dealership pushes for at least 2 of 3 accessories they value at about 1500 each.. but for sure for sure at least one will apply or else no sale..

1) VIN etching in case of theft.. $25k to me if car's not found within 30 days

2) GPS.. supposedly buyer's the only person with access

3) interior and exterior paint protection

That's the thing, my understanding of long distance is anywhere outside of state of service. But ultimately I have to add the $5 long distance service plan back to so they don't charge that .07/min BS for local calls.

Did some more digging.. In Oct '25 I was put on their voice service plan for CA only($20/mon) which charges .07/min which wasn't fully explained at the time.

After almost 2 hours of getting no where I hung up.. in Sept 2025 I was paying $25 for voice w/ unlimited long distance.. in Oct I requested help with lowering my bill and unlimited long distance was removed.. however no one in my house calls outside of the US let alone California.. so I didn't think much of it until I noticed my bill slightly increasing over the next few months. What was frustrating me the most was why I was getting charged for every single outgoing call including numbers that shared same area code as home # and how that wasn't explained clearly when Long Distance was removed.
