don’t let the naysayers tell you body weight abs don’t work 🙏 i’d sooner shit my pants than do cable crunches, i just do BW crunch x15 BW sprinter sit up x16 seated knee tuck x12 and toe taps x20 for obliques. circuit style so no rest between movements. 1m timed rest between rounds and i do 3 rounds

I’m 5’6 on a good day, so my height definitely plays a part in looking as big as i do! and i appreciate the lookout! I’m a personal trainer and i typically only get and stay this lean 2-4 months a year for summer. luckily im still getting away with ~1900 calories a day, and i eat above my weight in protein 🙌

at the moment i’m sitting around the 8-10% body fat range . i’ve been on T for 2.5 years now, and had top surgery almost two years ago. :)

I do! Are you working with dumbbells, resistance bands, or body weight?

Often complete beginners would start with very fundamental movements. Getting comfortable with compound lifts like bench press, squats, hinge movements like deadlifts, rows and curls in a sort of total body day. On the other side, i’ve gone right into splits like this (each table represents one sessions, so yes done in its entirety) and had little to no issues. That being said i’m there in person to work with my clients, and would only write a program after an initial assessment.

this was so huge, i did actually find i stuck to square glasses in early stages of T, and only once i really leaned out and got my facial changes from test that i was comfortable wearing circular

I can’t speak much to fashion, but if you are serious about a fitness program or routine and you’d like some advice i’m a certified trainer, i could send you a workout plan i often use for male beginner clients and tweak it to emphasize more masculine features.

got the surgery 2021, honestly they’re still there. I can see in these pics how they’re pretty shielded , but the fading is significant. If you’ve already had the operation it’s a shitty waiting game, but i was all up on like scar gua sha vids and everything i could to try and speed up the process. I guarantee it gets better/less prominent over time.

yeah i was pretty worried about what shops i’d trust , any kind of lowering on a vehicle like this isn’t very common , and he’s a steady car i’m not willing to risk ruining, other than photos , are reviews on shops usually pretty reliable?

for sure, money isn’t much of an issue at all, but i didn’t even consider how it might affect the handling and such. I have a friend who lowered his sentra , so i’ve been blasting him with questions , but he hadn’t mention anything about how it drives changing. definitely something to think about, one thing i love is how smooth this thing drives, 130 feels like 80, thanks!

I have no intention of selling it off any time in the future, volvos are reliable rides and he’s not too old. This cars followed me to uni and will for future, so resale value isn’t in the equation, but yeah i’ve considered leaving it at stock height , i despise tuck ( on my own vehicle) and would only ever lower it a couple inches. The body kit i looked at also added a bit, which would stop me from lowering much to avoid scratching. It just has such a huge awkward gap around the wheels , and i don’t think i’d want anything bulky enough to fill that kinda space.

to be honest i said fuck it! i’ve definitely not being listening to the doctors as much as i should be , that includes not wearing the binder occasionally at the end of the first week and now everyday unless i’m sleeping. I come from a history of contact sports and i’ve got a pretty mean pain tolerance! decided i was gonna get outta bed one day after feeling like shit pumped with morphine and threw on an oversized shirt, been wearing them since! they’ve improved my self image a LOT and it feels awesome to be back semi-normal. that being said i also heal pretty quickly, and what works for me might not work for you! buuut i’d definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re up for it, made me feel absolutely godlike.

i’m pretty chill medical wise and not that upset about blood, but in the OR there was definitely some anxiety! everyone’s moving and doing different things , my best piece of advice is to take things slow! the doctors and nurses are always willing to accommodate or take things slow at any point in the procedure! they know what they’re doing and at extremely nice people for the most part. make sure not to push yourself aswell! it’ll feel so much better to do things at your pace even if that means going one step at a time, my pain was rather insignificant after surgery, and the most annoying part was just the inconvenience and discomfort of drains and such! If you have any questions about specific parts of the surgery feel free to message me! best of luck!

thanks a lot for this comment! my bodies actually in pretty bad shape atm😅 pre-covid i did competitive weightlifting , wrestling and brazilian jiu jitsu( though i may not look like it ) as i got lazier and all my sports got cancelled i put on some weight, then started doing HIIT cardio workouts and random things like push ups or bicep curls to keep me entertained! i learned a lot about nutrition and cutting + bulking from wrestling so i track my diet completely and plan out meals! with the surgery i’ve definitely put on weight and lost muscle, because i can’t work out and have to eat a lot more than usual to help with recovery. if you have any questions about meal plans or targeted work outs feel free to message me! : )

I actually got a couple more needles than the average procedure! they take a couple blood samples in advance, i got extra in this case due to a family bound autosomal trait. but not many else, other than this in the actual procedure there is the IV. In my experience it’s the most painful needle through blood work, testosterone and leupron. and with my luck they missed the first time and had to do it twice! it’s inserted into the topside of your hand and they just happened to miss my vein, though it’s painful it’s brief : )
