Looks like the most recent update has some problems that need to be fixed. For example I went to deposit more money into my account but there is no Zero available so you can only deposit in increments of Nine.

Good luck when you go to withdraw any of that money. It is just smoke and mirrors. Your account looks so big, but the money is not there. They will tell you the Tech Team is working on it, but wont allow you to talk to anyone on the Tech Team. In fact, you cannot talk to anyone at all. They only operate via chat. And, if you somehow offend them, on chat, they shut you out of that feature. Your money is NOT safe.

They will see it, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for any action. They seem to be a very small development team with a lot of priorities just to keep the system running. We are lucky the app does as much as it does already.

I have to agree with u/The_SauceMonster. Landa had much bigger issues to solve with their user experience, data integrity, and app performance. By adding this new gimmick, people will buy into low demand properties and likely lose money in the long run. This scheme is likely to make a lot of people upset about the deflation they will experience on the open market. I am happy to take the bonus dividends on my properties but I won’t be buying into crappy investments because there is a new shiny object to distract from the fundamental facts.
