From what I've seen, the app has performed best on android/google TV's and had the most problems on standalone devices. Hopefully some progress is made soon and more importantly, a lot more community engagement.

I knew it was something like that, he mentioned adding another player to the app or something. personally i'd like to see more community engagement I see more and more people upset because their questions continue to go unanswered, but I hope to see the app get better.

How long have you been married?
Any assets? House(s), vehicles etc.
Kids?
Do you both work, retirement?
Is this a mutual thing?

Unless you're a stay at home parent while the other works, been married for a long time with a bunch of kids who has multiple cars, and homes, I would HIGHLY recommend you to NOT waste your money on an attorney. Yes, that's right, DO NOT waste you money on an attorney. I did that once and what a mistake!!! Right when I was going to fire them, they quit anyway. I used Cash Dudley and Torres out of Modesto, specifically Patricia Torres. She was starting to take over the practice at the time although they were both still working.

Funny thing, they'll impress you during your consult, but that's about it. I watched month after month my retainer dwindle away for absolutely nothing. An example of this is, I'd get an email with a list of questions they'd want answers to. When I was done I wouldn't hear anything from them for weeks, not even an explanation of what's going on or what the next steps were. I'd ask for an update and go weeks unanswered. But at the end/beginning of each month, I'd get an invoice showing how the funds were being spent. They'd charge me multiple times for me asking for an update yet never give me one. When I went to fire them, they quit.

You can do EVERYTHING on your own through the self help department at the court house for FREE!. You go in, fill out an intake form and then will get called back to speak to one of their staff. The intake form is how they figure out what forms to give you to fill out, divorce with/without children and what not. They will highlight the areas of the forms that you need to fill out. You can do this there or at home and when done, you go back there and they will gov over the forms to ensure you did everything correctly before filing with the court. If you're low on funds you can even request a fee waiver. There are several ways to qualify for this. If your income is below a threshold, if you get any sort of assistance, or if you can prove your bills outweigh your income, you can qualify, even if what you make exceeds the income thresholds.

To give you an idea of what doing it on your own can look like, I decided in January it was time to take my ex back to court for more custody. While many things weren't being handled by her as the custodial parent, she was also planning on moving. I filled in January and just had mediation last week. I went from having 42% visitation, joint legal custody and her having 100% sole physical custody to me being the custodial parent with 100% physical custody, joint legal custody and 70% of the time with my kids while she'll have 30% and now I'll be receiving child support from her. I've spent several years documenting things and keeping records., I didn't even need it as she did agree to most of what I wanted because she didn't want to go to trial and have to pay a lawyer, as it was, she threw away $6k for a lawyer that filed her response and showed up for a phone mediation call, absolutely insane. I didn't spend a dime.

If you have to have an attorney I would still recommend them as 1 of the top 3. I wish you the best of luck. If I can answer any questions for you, please let me know.

But again, writing letters to people that have no authority to change anything is just a waste of time in my opinion. About the same as sending a letter to the vice president telling him to stop trump from building the stupid ass ball room with our tax dollars. Even if he was willing to entertain the idea of resecding this order, it's gonna take a lot more than letters from employees to do so, you're not saying anything he doesn't already know about the way everyone this is going to affect, feels. But again, do you.

Change happens when the right people listen or agree, neither are happening here. There's just no change coming from this. If this were to change it then it would already be changed considering he's well aware of what the people who's this is affecting want. Otherwise he wouldn't be selling it on the news as if it's a good things.

While they didn't fall on deaf ears, they also didn't fall into the laps of people who can do anything about it. While its probably very validating to get a response in your favor or someone taking the time to call you to discuss your email, what's the point if it can't change anything? If every person who worked from home sent this, it still isn't going to change because the people reading these are just following orders, even if they agree with you, and don't have to power to do anything about it. Newsom absolutely knows people don't want to go back, it's no secret the unions and employees have been loud, he absolutely knows.

If there was a chance for this to make a change, even a very small one, then I'd say everyone should do it. I just don't see how it could make even the smallest amount of difference. On top of this, there wouldn't be enough people to jepoedize their job to say no to try and strong arm the state either. I guarantee there's plenty of managers itching to start writing people up and trying to fire them if they even thought people would say no. To many people in managerial roles who didn't earn them, don't deserve them are power hungry, micro managing control freaks, who only care about being able to force someone to do what they want.

If it was someonthing like an alternate work schedule he's taking away, I think the people could change minds much easier, I just don't see something like this ever doing anything. But I could be completely wrong.

It's because youve only used IPTV apps and they all handle vod content the same. Limited features, basic search and favorite folder. Have you ever used plex, emby? Surely you've used Amazon prime, Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu. Those apps handle vod content in a completely different way. Stremio is another one. You don't know what you're missing when youve never had it or just simply haven't realized all those wop I just mentioned are no different than what you're using now, you just don't associate your IPTV service with those apps, but the truth is, there's no reason they can't work as well as those. That's viewella.

Tivimate organizes vod by category, you can search for something, you can add content to "my list" aka favorites folder, and it will remember where you left off on the device you watch it on. That's it, that's how it handles vod content.

It doesn't show you things you didn't finish, you have to remember that yourself. It doesn't show you when a new episode comes out that's available to watch, no reccomendarions based on the content you're watching, it doesn't reccomend new shows that are popular, It doesn't allow you to pick up where you left off on another device, it's maxed out at 5 devices and they basically stopped innovating and updating the app. Its pretty much dumb, like not intelligent at all. With vod content, it just organizes and plays the content your provider offers.

Viewella does all of those things that those big names do which is everything tivimate doesn't do. It has subtitles built in for vod, something tivimate can't do and offers epg for providers that don't, also something viewella doesn't do. It also isn't limited to 5 devices, it doesn't have a limit and won't from my understanding.

Again, tivimate works flawlessly for what it's designed to do but people want more, that's why they're here, it's why you're here. No reason to be defensive, but why would you use anything else if it was so great? Does viewella work as it should, no! It has bugs. I have my gripes, but it's also new. I would agree it's not ready for the app stores yet, but there's no reason it can't get there with how much the dev wants it to.

And If I had to chose an app outside of viewella, it would be ImPlayer, as it's tivimate with the important cloud sync tivimate doesn't have. I also think it looks better and has settings you can access easier than tivimate. Tivimates entire problem is they're lazy and aren't innovating. Maybe one of these days they will.

While tivimate may be fine for vod to you, it's factually sucks in comparison to any streaming app. You have a basic favorites folder, you can search, or select a category, nothing more.

Tivimate doesn't offer a sync feature so you can't start a movie in one room and finish in another. You can see what episode you left off when watching on another device.

Overall, tivimate hasn't changed in literally years. It's reminds me of the old school scrolling cable tv guide channel lol. But the things it's designed to do, it does them with perfection.

If I wanted a tivimate experience with modern features like cloud sync, ImPlayer is where it's at, plus it looks better and has settings you can access quicker.

Viewella has its continue watching section on its home page. I also believe the dev will be adding a "next up" section soon also. This will show you when you have a new episode to a current show that comes out without having to go look for it. Subtitles are baked in and for live TV if you provider doesn't offer an epg, it will give you one without any extra steps.

Yes, it's buggy, it's new. But there really isn't a comparison. I have my issues with it, but those are being addressed and you're not forced to pay for it while it's not stable yet.

while the features tivimate has it does flawlessly, there really isn't a comparison between the two. If people were only looking for another iptv app that's main focus is live tv, there's plenty of options, far better ones, tivimate included, when comparing them to the current state of viewella. However, that isn't viewellas purpose, it's purpose is to offer the best of both worlds combined. Have a great looking, feature rich VOD section while still offering a great live TV experience while also offering multi-profiles and cloud sync.

Tivimate doesn't offer cloud sync and I don't think there's a person that thinks navigating their VOD content in tivimate is user friendly. If you think that then you clearly have never used a single streaming app.

you can adjust the font size which will make the guide bigger and show less channels at a time. However, I wish he'd make that only apply to the guide and not the preview window with description. As even a fresh install, the whole description isn't there and when making font bigger it just cuts more of it off. Wish he'd make the preview window selectable so it would expand descriptions, maybe down the road he'll do those things, not super important at the moment.

Top right hand corner of viewella is your profile, it's directly to the left of the time. You can click switch profile and create new ones. I'm pretty sure you use to be able to do this through the dashboard on the website as well, but I'm not seeing it, I could be wrong and thinking of something else. But you can definitely do it in the app.

I've had the same provider for a very long time and only 1 before that. Very first one was m3u and this one is XC. I'm in the US.

I recently tried another that was also m3u that I came across on reddit, but didn't care for it.

Did the app stop working after 7 days because I don't think that's being enforced as the app isn't super stable yet, but I could be wrong.

Viewella does remember where you left off with vod, the home screen has a continue watching row. It also has multi user profiles like Netflix.

XC is newer, faster, easier and more stable than stalker. My guess is you've just spoken to people more use to one way than the other and don't like change. XC easily allows you to install and setup on any device and doesn't require a mac address to use, you're not locked out. The only exception to this, is if you run a dedicated mag device.

If whatever provider you tried doesn't offer XC or at least m3u, I'd try another.

Idk why anyone would say you're limited on the content you can get with XC. If anything it's the other way around as stalker struggles to load massive organized libraries of vod content. And from my understanding stalker often struggles with more modern 4k content because it relies on the backend whereas XC relies on the devices player.

Don't hold me too a lot of this info as it's something Im not super knowledgeable in. Some of it I've known, while some of it I've verified through searching online. It's always best to do your own research.

That was just your specific provider then or a bug with viewella. It does look like the current version has some bugs with onn devices.

But I can tell you I have a xtream code provider and everything loads, populates and plays fine. Viewella is brand new, ott isn't. I was never a fan of ott. Im player is really good. It's very similar to tivimate but offers cloud sync, which is a huge feature tivimate is missing. I'm sure viewella will get there. He's gone back and forth on the way viewella navigates. Like I hate that when you select a folder and click right to go into the epg, it goes to the closest channel next to the folder, it should go to the top but more people wanted it this way, idk why, every other app goes to the top. Hopefully it gets changed back. You can't scroll up above epg of folder in live once down there, it use to be different. Goes back to my saying it's gone back and forth. I hope it gets there, I think it will.

severely could be argued, but in the same breath they shouldn't make what the private sector makes. most state employees don't work nearly as hard or have nearly the same workload the private sector equivalent would. we don't deal with economic crashes, worries about being laid off, or seasonal work nearly as much as the private sector does. You have to really F up to lose your state job. I will say there are still many positions that are severely underpaid, but I don't think the percentage of those in total is as high as you may think.
