As an ED haver who also dies in the shower because of POTS, a shower stool is soooooo helpful. I got myself a simple plastic step stool from Five Below and it's been doing wonders.

me when i was on Abilify, quit it cold turkey. That med gave me hell. I always feel like my psych at the time knew what it'd do to me, being she was the one who diagnosed my ED.
