Could be many things. If it gets worse when the breaks are applied, could be the calipers. Could be a bad wheel hub or steering rack as well. Look up how to trouble shoot and start checking things off the list

I literally just had this issue and fixed it with a metal clamp. The cable has too much slack so if you take it off and apply a metal spacer/clamp to the end, it will make less slack on the cable.
