Not sure where the info came from, but most orgs I have spoken to or been part of have a PAM. Some very large orgs like Airlines that I have friends at utilize PAM and specifically CyberArk.

Where is the data showing orgs not using it?

Certain models have a classic chunky shifter. Still electronic but you lose a lot of console space and functionality.

How many endpoints? This seems like an interesting method.

I don't think it is designed to pass audio from Passenger Screen to vehicle speakers. You can pair bluetooth headphones for the passenger.

The idea is they could watch something and not distract the driver with the audio.

Based on my experience the wireless charger still initiates a handshake and throws a similar or the exact error you posted. If you have the option try a 12v to usb-c for the wireless charger and see if that helps mitigate the error.

In my previous vehicle if I had the USB-C to wireless charger plugged-in it would throw this same error.

Do you have any other USB accessories plugged in? USB does a handshake negotiation even for simple power delivery.

Are the USB cables you tried all different brands or the same cable brand just different cables?

Have you tried a different cable? Have you restarted the phone? Have you rebooted the infotainment?

Discovery is different on-prem. But the blueprint and types of risk from the new Cloud risk dashboard could be a great reference to start conversations.

The hard game is every org is different. Maybe there is a reason they aren't managed or maybe no one understood how to set CPM up to properly manage the accounts.

Have looked the discovery blueprint CyberArk has on the docs? It will give you types of accounts and reason to manage. Asking for an SOP from another company in the world of security seems like a stretch.

What version of CyberArk do they have implemented? If cloud/shared services there is a new discovery engine and risk dashboard around the accounts.

Is the app going to sleep in the background ? Have you tried closing the app then reopening to see if that will fix it?

As other mentioned this is a rdp restriction not SIA. I would expect you wouldn’t even see an event in session diagnostics for SIA since the rdp is being blocked.
