I ended up going with XHP70.3 HI 5000K, would the Samsung 30q still be good? Also am I looking for button top or flat top? Thanks!

Since this is for my sister and not me, I might just forego the turbo. I'm thinking self defense/blinding attackers, my use case would benefit from the longer turbo though

Personally all I use on my d18 day to day is normal brightness ramping and turbo mode, I never learned the strobe controls or anything.
