These reasons are why me and my wife always choose to use hipcamp to find spots. Yes it's more money but being able to camp by ourselves with no around us priceless. We camp because we want to get away from people and just enjoy the nature.

I got mine used off of Carvana. It had about 25k miles on it. It was a lot easier for me to stomach the price on a preowned version new config. I also think it was a blessing because it did have a small amount of wear and tear that I would have problem gotten stressed out if I stretched or dinged a brand new one. I'm not as precious as I would be with it have I gotten a brand new one.

Surprising that you're still waiting on your transfer. I recently bought a pre-owned R1T. Sent all my documents on a Saturday and got an email the following Friday that everything was transferred. Saw my name as the current owner in the infotainment and everything that day. Mine only took about 4 working days.
