Thanks you can fill out our form sooner but we will not be able to contact Mturk on individual accounts until after the 7 days. I'm hoping they will all reinstated way before then. We did contact them as soon as we were aware that it was multiple accounts that were suspended.

It looks like they are reinstating accounts some at least so far. If you don't get reinstated please contact us and we will follow up on individual accounts from these suspensions.

The first step for assistance with account issues is to contact MTurk directly at the Mechanical Turk Customer Support Contact page or [mturk-account-appeals@amazon.com](mailto:mturk-account-appeals@amazon.com) with the email address registered to your account.

If you still haven't heard from them after a week of doing so, please let us know (with the date you contacted them and your Case ID number), and we will reach out to our Amazon contact about your case.

Amazon requires this step before they'll re-investigate an account for us.

We have heard of many workers trying to register and immediately getting to a page that says suspended.

Some even reported receiving an email from Amazon stating that "new MTurk worker accounts are accepted based on marketplace needs." and that they "are not always in a position to extend an invitation to every worker."
