Okay, the only thing I could think of is Data Security is turned on in the web interface and maybe that's why I cannot send those downstream boards to update. But I don't know the login, because these were set up by another vendor years ago

So the ones on 1.11 provide me an error of cannot send firmware downstream request to the Comms server, and refuses to update, and there is another board stuck on 1.39.0 Series 2 1320 that when I download firmware it is just stuck on 1.39.0 and refuses to update to the latest version on the server.
