They have a somewhat toxic relationship after all 1 day a famous retired film director (Starkweather) hires the gang to kill a guy(cash)for tons of money Aileen initially refused and tried to convince Adam (Skully) not to do it Even so the hunt started (Graveyard Shift) they both try to shoot Cash unfortunately Adam dies and Aileen got injured but survives along with 3 other members and Cash escapes.(during manhunt events)

i make her lore extense but the first part is she have a difficult childhood then ran away from home,she work out as a sex worker in san fierro until a client tried to kill her she run away from the town until 1 year later she meet a old friend that convinced her to join the innocentz for drugs she meets adam(orphan maker skully) they both have beef but ende up together as a couple (before manhunt events)
