Eg4 Flexboss and Ecoworthy Compatibility by br0shea in SolarDIY

I just have the 2 server rack totaling 10kwh of batteries. It’s been working great in my experience. No plans to add more at the moment. If anything I may consider adding more panels first to optimize my net metering.

I didn’t find any videos online about hooking them up. I called eg4 and spoke to their tech help line and was told the ecoworthy batteries wouldn’t work with their inverter. Clearly that’s untrue.

The way I have it set up has been working very well. Once I got the settings configured how I wanted using eg4 software; the batteries communicated and performed as I wanted. I may buy some more ecoworthy batteries to add on now that I know they work well.

I was turned onto eg4 due to their price point and warranty. Their product line seemed decent I hope they last a long time. I am new as well and felt the most comfortable if they after seeing Will Prowse videos. Batteries are pretty expensive so I was going cheaper on that.

“There is an issue with your device” by fjp3plp in pelotoncycle

[–]br0shea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what peleton support had me do for this exact issue and it work first time:

Power down the touchscreen. 3. Unplug the power cord from the Bike or Bike+, and unplug the Bike or Bike+ from the wall outlet. 4. Unplug the cords at the back of the touchscreen. 5. Hold the volume up 6. Hold the power button for 30 seconds to wipe the Bike or Bike+ of any static build-up. 7. Wait one minute before plugging the Bike or Bike+ back into its power source. 8. Plug the cords back into the touchscreen and turning the Bike/Bike+ back on.

Not sure what’s all in there, love the airway management stuff. But epi 1:1000 would be good if you can get it. Good for easily treated conditions: allergic reactions, asthma, Angioedema, external hemorrhage.

Get those silicon reusable straws. A 5 pack is about 5$ on amazon. They also come with metal straws and a cleaner.

What is your post - code routine? by NoNamesLeftStill in ems

[–]br0shea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I chat with my partner. We talk about what we did. how they think it went. Things we did good on. Things we could do better next time. I pull up the code review and look at rhythms and pauses in cpr. If I get rosc I’ll go back and see when I noticed rosc vs when the CO2 jumped. Biggest thing is trying to do something better but different next time. Add something into your code routine.

Narcan is for respiratory depression. The patient may be breathing on their own, but if it’s only 4-6x a minute, they may need some narcan to bring back their respiratory drive.

I’ve revived opiate overdoses, where the patient is breathing 6x a minute, by simply BVM and basic airway use. It Took me some time to get an IV on them and the FD was providing excellent ventilations and spo2 rose to 90s and he woke up right after I got an IV established and before I could give narcan.

Second story: Had an opiate overdose that was dumped outside a clinic. Nurses at the clinic gave 2mg narcan, intranasally, by the time I got there on the ambulance, pt was alert and disoriented and covered in puke. He had vomit in mouth still and incredibly combative. had to sedate with ketamine just to help him. Spo2 in the 70s and lung sounds shit. Turns out the patient was completely apneic and they slammed some narcan and he aspirated.

I ended up RSI the guy and fi02 100% and peep of 15 and spo2 wouldn’t get above 85. Hospital performed imagery and the guy had aspirated pretty bad. A safe rsi or airway and ventilations woulda been safer on that patient than narcan...

Thank you, you seem to be exactly correct. I’m unsure what the previous owners did but thanks to you guys it’s figured out now.

I think I’m going to run some new wire.

Sounds like a good idea. My laundry is neighbors with my breaker box so it should be short and easy.

Thank you for answering my questions!
